Our adventure began as we left Edmonds on Friday evening. We had dinner with dad at Chopsticks while traffic settled and were on the road around 7:00 p.m. Traffic was not too bad and we arrived in Anacortes around 9:00 and unloaded two carts of stuff to the boat. Then we ran to Safeway for some ice and sent several texts to dad asking him to bring stuff we realized we forgot: vodka, grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, salsa and peach cider. Then it was the end of week crash and a good night's sleep with a beautiful orange full moon thanks to the British Columbia wild fires.
